Does anyone remember any residents from Charge Place? My dad and his family (Deatons and Trowsdales) lived in no.2 next to what was at one time a shop. Did Charge Place link on to Webster street? I can’t find it on any maps from the 30’s or 40’s.

Yes it did, from the Yarm Lane end it was the first link between Lawson St. and Webster St. next was Crowe Place (which is the cobbled street in this picture) and then last, before Dovecot St., was Ward Place.
