  1. As a child my sister and myself lived in st Paul’s Road and were friends of the Gunyon sisters. We used to play at their house (the vicarage). I remember the huge staircase in the hall but also the servants secret staircase from the kitchen. Also the Rev Gunyon kept bees in the garden. Fond childhood memories.

  2. Me and my two brothers and also both parents went to this church and all were confirmed here. Dad carried the Cross and brothers in the Choir. I was married there and held my mums funeral there. Remember vicar Father Gunyon in the 50s and was friends with his two daughters. Also remember father Alan Wood and curate father larger.
