  1. 2015 marks the bicentenary of the Battle Of Waterloo. Recently while looking through old newspapers I discovered that their is a veteran of Waterloo buried in this churchyard.
    John trotter served with the 32nd Regiment and was buried here, with military honours, on 10 September 1874, aged 88 years.
