This is a picture of a group of Sappers from the 225th Field Company. The photograph was taken in 1915, possibly at Marton Hall during the early training of the Company.

My Grandfather, Joseph Drinkel, is on the right at the bottom of the steps smoking a pipe. Can anyone identify any of the others in the photo or know of anyone who was in the 225th Field Company? I”m trying to research the background of the company, and the men in it, and would welcome any information.
