To the right you can just about make out the Transporter Bridge, see the chimney of the Portrack incinerator (with the white plume) and the uprights of Newport Bridge, to the right of that would be the Centre North East building (previously Corporation House) in central Middlesbrough.

It’s Dunedin House. “Dunedin House is a four storey, high specification, multi-let office building within a stunning waterside location.” It was one of the first buildings built on the redeveloped Teesdale site as you can see by the derelict land behind and on the north shore. (photo pre-dates the university (2001))
