1. The guy being introduced to the Queen looks like Ken Lupton who is now the leader of Stockton Borough Council. In his youth he played football for Ashmores & later was a Football League referee till his retirement at the age of 48.

2. Look in the top left corner – I believe the photo shows myself at 16 years old, together with my father, Ken Sheraton, peering out of the window of Abbey National Building Society. (He was Branch Manager there at the time.)
