  1. This photograph was given to me by Sig mason as he did not have a computer at that time. From memory we are all on it somewhere. It was taken at Tigris lines catterick Camp at the summer camp and we also did the Certificate “A” part one, well some of us did a while later those of us who passed the first half did the Cert “A” part two and I still have a copy of that certificate showing exactly what we had to do it was not easy and well over 50% failed. We were introduced to Tanks and I remember riding in a Churchill quite a thrill for a lad in wartime. A lot of us still around including Sig Mason, must have been the open air marching and wartime rations.
