Paradise Row wasn”t a nick name it actually was the name of that section of what is now Church Road.The Paradise Row Primitive Methodist Church functioned from 1866 to 1945.
This looks like the Methodist Church. I remember going there with John Griffin & his father (during the latter days of the war). They were showing films to the local kids. I seem to remember that the nick name for Church Rd was Paradise Row
