You can order prints from the Picture Stockton Archive collection for personal enjoyment or private study. Anyone who would like to reproduce, exhibit or make commercial use of an image must seek permission from Stockton Library Service

When ordering prints please include the image url link and/or title to pictures@stockton.gov.uk with details of the intended use and we will respond to your request in 7 working days.

Some photographs are not for sale as the copyright holder has not consented to the reproduction of images they have supplied to Picture Stockton Archive. We will advise you of this when you request images.

Charges for supply of prints/digital images

Cost for photographic prints:
A4 print – £10 per copy
Prints are produced on 180g glossy photo paper. Please note proportions of historic images vary and prints may have a border when produced at standard A4 sizes.
Delivery time: we aim to dispatch your prints within 5 working days of receipt of full payment or will contact you when the prints are ready for collection.

Cost for digital copies:
Digital Image – £10 per image
We can provide you with digital images of some of photographs by email. Digital images will be provided as a jpg image and where possible at a minimum 300dpi.
Delivery time: we aim to email your digital image within 5 working days of receipt of full payment.
