A photograph showing Shaftesbury House in Shaftesbury Street, Stockton. My mother was born here and her father had his practice here. I was told that he was one of the first people in the North East to be able to do X-rays.
Photograph and details courtesy of Chris Firth.
I also lived a couple of doors down in Shaftesbury Street and I was a daily visitor to this house as I played with your mum. Happy memories.
