A Pictorial History of Stockton-on-Tees
Does anyone remember Daisy Mcintosh being Mayor of Stockton? I am told by my Burnett family that she was, though it may be that she was the mayor’s wife. Daisy was a sister-in-law of William Henry Burnett of Calf Fallow Lane and McIntosh was her maiden name. Sorry I don’t know her married name, if she was, but maybe someone else does. She was born in 1887 so we would be looking in the 1900s.
