Is there any way I can trace a photograph or record of my father who was in the Home Guard during the second world war? His Name was George Albert Wilson
Hi! Hope you are successful, I am trying for similar information on James Arthur Perkins who was working at Furniss Shipyard during the war? I was in contact with Norton TA but no news jp
I have an identity bracelet made from a 1939 florin. The back is engraved “Major H Castle. H Company. 19 DHM”. Does anyone have a photo on which Major Castle can be identified?
I used to live in Billingham many years ago but now i live in a small town called Thonbury just outside of Bristol,But after all these years I still miss my home town and when looking at the photographs on your Web site it brings old memories back, of the good times i spent in my youth as a schoolboy at Holy Trinity Boys in Stockton. I must say that I find your website very interesting and informative.

Hi would it be possible to obtain a copy of this photograph as I believe my father was a member of this unit?
