I must agree with Bob Easby the houses in the back ground one of which is the Mayo Hotel. The previous Landlord being Mr. John Pole who was landlord of The Ketton Ox in Yarm High Street.
I may be wrong, but the houses in the picture appear to be on Oxbridge Lane, one of them now being the Mayo Hotel.
