Does anyone know any information about a tailoring shop on Finkle Street? I think it was there in 1921 but not sure until when and who owned it. I’m doing a family tree and it has led us to a John Baker from Percy Street and it said he was a tailor in Finkle Street, Stockton. Any information would be appreciated, thank you.
Impossible to be Finkle Str. 1930 Stothert & Pitt Built the first 3 ton luffer cranes prior to W.W.2 after the war the big crane to the left, was one of two Army cranes bought after service in Normandie. They were Diesel Electric and had to be moved by a hand winch.
