I remember getting rides on an loco similar to or indeed this one c1949/51 on Saturday mornings, while my dad was working in the offices described as Craig Tailor offices. Apart from us and another dad who worked in the same office, and the men in the foundry, the place always seemed deserted, so I had the run of the place. Can anybody tell me if Heads had any exhibits at the 1951 Festival of Britain? My dad took me there and I have vague memories of someone else from Heads being there and there being lots of stuff about engineering in the Dome of Discovery.
