  1. My dad Norman Waller was a salesman in Woodhouse but died at the young age of 52 back in 1984. He liked a beer and always went straight from work to Norton working mens club. Does anyone remember him?

  2. This building was built by Marks & Spencer as their first bazaar in Stockton – you can still see the ghost of “M&S” above the side door in Wellington Street.

It was built in 1927 on the site of the drapers and furnishings shop of Burns & Sons.
