Hi Terry, Do you remember me ? I’m 1st left on second from bottom row. I seem to recall you, so you must be in the photo, where abouts ?
DAVID HENDERSON IN THIS PHOTO IS THE BROTHER-IN-LAW OF THE FORMER WEST BROMWICH ALBION FOOTBALLER, STAN RICKERBY. DAVE LIVED IN CARLTON DRIVE, BASSLETON, THORNABY BEFORE MOVING TO LIVE IN SPAIN.
A lot of these lads worked at Head Wrightsons, some of them were Dave Henderson, Norman Liggett & Fred (Barney) Iceton were platers, John Crowther a turner, Roland (YoYo) Harrison a electrician. Ronnie Larsen worked at Harkers Engineering. Norman Liggett, Fred Iceton & Roland Harrison were in the Stockton Schoolboys football team.
Those lads you mention that were in Stockton Schoolboys team are correct as I was also . I was ouside left in those days
The boy 2nd left back-row is me David Henderson.
I remember David Henderson, and almost all of the other boys. It would be nice to get in touch with David.
Dave Henderson lives in Spain in the Alicante region, but he and his wife Marsha hope to return to live in Thornaby in the near future.
