This is in fact Princess Avenue (look closely at the road sign)and the corner maisonette there is No.56 where we lived from about 1964 to just about when this photo was taken ! Old peoples home is opposite (to the right of the person who took the photo). Can”t believe it was 23 years ago !!
My nanna lived opposite these houses Margaret and Jimmy Brown. They had a corgi called Bengo.
