Keith; It could be very likely as my grandmother named her youngest son Frank. I will ask my aunt if she knows any more info. I do know the names of some of my Nana”s siblings were Lil, Ivy, Gladys,Elsie if that helps and there was about 9 or 10 of them Lynn
Lynn – i wonder if your granmother Annie was related to my father Frank ,born 1897 in Bolsover Street which wasn”t too far away. He had quite a few brothers and a sister so maybe down the line there was some connection.
The only person I recognize on the photograph is my grandmother, Annie Mines (nee Waller?), who is on the extreme right. She had two sons, Maurice (my father) & Frank also a daughter, Molly. Maurice Mines married Joan Carr in 1950 in Stockton and they emigrated to Canada in 1951.
