C.W.Cussons – the year book does not detail which football club he played for.
C W Cussons – Charlie – was not a footballer as far as I know. His son Peter was absolutely contemporary with me at Stockton Grammar School and was also a very capable hockey player, initially at Norton but later at Ben Rydding, Ilkley when his banking job took him that way.
Who did C.W. Cussons play football for, because Norton C.C.T. did have a team till the late fifties.
C.W.Allison was the first “old Stocktonian” to become a local councillor. J.F.Guile became a solicitor. C.W.Cussons played hockey for Durham County, cricket for Norton, and football. C.W.Bond became a dentist.
