Stockton Railway Centenary Celebrations July 2nd 1925.
Attended by The Duke & Duchess of York. These are unbelievable crowds, I wonder where they are in the High Street.

First I reckoned North looking South toward the Town Hall (central in the murky distance), trams on the left and the lamp post on the right could be the corner of Dovecot Street? Now I think South looking North (from an Empire Theatre window?) with the Royal Hotel in white on the right!
