Interesting shot as it can only have been taken from the high up on the railway-viaduct as it crosses the River Tees! Interesting to note that the carriage archway in the centre middle-ground on the cottages of Riverside Mews is still in existence, as this was later infilled to create another cottage. My guess as to date is early 70’s
