Holy Trinity School, Stockton

These four photographs show the same class during the years of 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1960 at the old Holy Trinity School Stockton. The age in 1957 would be 7 years old. Many later became my Classmates at Stockton Grammar School in September 1961 at its old site on Norton Road before the move to Fairfield in 1963. Can anyone help with the names?

  1. Hi , I have just seen a picture of myself not sure if this will find a home ? I am in the picture with the headmaster and a lady in white. ground floor far left. I now live in Poole and my age this year 74 .

  2. I left in 1957 to start at the Grammar School so missed the group in the photos presumably taken at the start of term. I met Ian Grant about twenty years ago from the same class at Trinity but we did not recognize each other ! He went on to Grangefield Grammar and recently moved to Whitby. Eric Guy, John Little and The Stoddart twins were in our class but I struggle to remember any other names. In later years I met Trevor Quarrington who had been about six years ahead of me. He made Captain RN.
Both the school and the Church are long gone.

    • Yes it is Barry who died a few years ago. Although the eldest I am the survivor though now housebound and with great mobility problems. We were pupils at Holy Trinity 1934-39 for me.
