My sister Joan Cutler had a hair dressing shop called Hair & Beauty Care in the 70s, at 59 Dovecote Street which was facing this building.
It was a music studio when Radio Tees moved out iirc
I believe this was also the old Tees Valley and Cleveland Water Board offices in the dim and distant.
