A fascinating scene on Stockton Quay, wherein amongst what would now be regarded as particularly ‘dangerous’ area, we find a woman putting her hair ‘up’ (in full view of the builders!) at a huge open 1st flr. window.. without a guard rail, a pair of unsupervised schoolboys cutting thru’ between the rail tracks and a flat-capped pensioner inspecting the ‘works’ whilst out for a stroll.
Well spotted Chris, and what about the brickie on top of the scaffolding on the left of the scene. It looks as if his mate on the ground can’t be bothered bringing a hodfull of bricks up the ladder, and is throwing them up to him instead!
