  1. The Manpower Services Commission (MSC) was a Government funded organisation which awarded finance to enable projects to be undertaken which were of community benefit. MSC funding enabled thousands of unemployed youngsters to receive on-the-job training as part of a job creation scheme. Many museums around the country benefitted from MSC funded projects.
