Can anyone help with this? It was taken by David Wilson, Bishopgarth, Stockton, The concert may have been in the Parish Church Hall.

If the photo was taken in the Church Hall that belonged to the Parish Church , this Hall did have a stage, attended many a Sunday school Christmas party and church concert there. I remember one concert in particular when my dad appeared on stage in the knobbly knees competition.
If the Parish Church Hall noted was thought to be St Thomas, Stockton, then sorry for it has no stage.
St Peters in Yarm Road Stockton does have such a stage and did put on such shows so I am reliably informed.
Just a guess, but the background looks like a seascape, plus policewomen – ‘The Pirates of Penzance’?
