We are not sure about this one… Could it be Baltic Close off Maritime Road, Stockton?

Indeed it is Baltic Close, surprisingly all the buildings are still there, mostly look like car repair garages and the like.
I think you may be right with the name Baltic Close, off Maritime Road. The building at the back of the photograph was the workshop belonging to John Green, sheetmetalworkers. I worked in that building during the period 1960-1963. The building on the left was the old mill that in those days produced animal feeds.
