I am currently researching the Cox Family and would appreciate any help in identifying the people in these photographs as I believe some of them may have be part of that family.

My daughter in law is a Hunton, but is 6th generation Australian. Frederick Paul Hunton left Stockton to come to Australia in the 1800’s.

My mothers mother was a Bellerby she married a Cox in 1908, my father was J.W Hunton. If you have any information you can contact me.

I think this Florence Cox was my auntie, my mams sister, they lived in Brunswick Street in Stockton, she married and became a Brown,
There were eight children James Henry,

Samuel
Rosina
George

Edna
Florence
Their parents were Thomas and Charlotte Cox nee Richards who originally came from the Midlands.

Which Cox family? I’ve been researching for some years a Stockton Cox family that originated from Roscommon. This Cox lineage arrived in Stockton during the mid-19th century. I can’t help you with any identification, but would appreciate clarification as to whether there could be any connection.
