The electric board was next door. This building has always been Northumbrian Water. I started work there as a mechanic in 1979 and still work there!!!
Did this building use to be the North Eastern Electricity Board in the late 60’s. I use to work there and it looks very much like it. I left in 1969 to emigrate to Australia.
