Probably taken from Bilswood Close looking northeast across the area of the demolished Paxton Close & St Mary’s Close, towards the Station Street area (Old Globe Elevator site). You can see some traffic on Maritime Road. The metal fencing and conifer trees on the left were part of the former children’s home on Princess Ave. (behind the care home). There’s now a footpath there and newly built houses. Here’s a link to what a similar view looked like in 2023: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1YvztbGyM2AGTtBV7
