Does anyone know if this farm was ever owned by the Umpleby family my great grandfather
I remember playing cricket in the main yard with Geoff Stephenson.
Stephensons had the farm before that. Used to there for pigeons, I worked on Brookdale farm.
I’m old enough to remember the old tenements and cement works down there from when I played as a little boy in the late 50s. It’s all changed so much.
I lived there till 1963
We had some memorable times during the years there. I left Calffallow Lane when I was 15 years old .
