This photograph includes my father, Geoff Parkin (5th from left back row). Hand written on the reverse is Carlton Cricket Club 1954, Wynyard Park. Does anyone recognise anyone? Does Carlton Cricket Club still exist?

So Blakeston School had a few sportsmen as teachers, Jimmy Buckle 1953 & Ken Tiffin 1961 were footballers that won the Durham Minor Cup with Primrose Hill, Ken Tiffin also won the North Riding Amateur Cup & went unbeaten in the league that season.
