  1. The old photographs are a pleasure to look at , the high street had so much character! The picture dated 1960 is a good reflection of the time, my Mother worked at what was Robinson’s then and I loved to visit the town but I think it has lost a lot of it’s character now. Maybe Teesside Park is to blame for that!
