  1. I am on this photo, 4th one in from Graham Marshal. Next to Graham is David Adams. Also in the photo is David Patterson. I lived in Hampton Road. John Clark, Michael Ransome, Chris Todd, Martin Westwood. This was Mr Mallon’s class. He was the best teacher in Oxbridge School.

  2. This is the same trip as photograph t1889. This time I am standing – still in white shirt and third from right. Another I can remember from this photo apart from Raymond Blythe and Richard Neal is Micheal(?)Ransome who lived in Marlborogh Road and also followed us to Richard Hind.

  3. Graham Marshall is front row left. This was taken on the annual school trip from Oxbridge Lane School on the corner of Osborne Road and Oxbridge Lane. We used to be taken out on to the rocks and look for fossils. (There were few risk assessments in those days!!!) The teachers were inspiring and Mr Mallon, my form teacher, used to bring the fossils to life. The case round my neck contained my Brownie 127 which used to go with me every where. My father, Jeff Marshall, a research chemist at British Titan Products used to take pictures for their house magazine. his interest in photography inspired me to go on to become a full time photgrapher.
