It was exciting to see the church my sister and I were baptised ,St Peters Thornaby.I am now 67 my sister 76,she lives in Scotland and I in Canada.
my brothers and sister and i used to go there at easter,and i remember as a child we used to look at the graves,they was a walter hobson buried there.my grandfather was called walter george hobson,i always wondered whether i was related.cant remember exact date on gravestone.too late to look now.
