Me and my work-mate used to always pop in Pool”s Surplus on our lunch-hour to have a friendly chat with the Gentleman and Lady who ran it. I think my mate used to fancy the young female shop assistant in there. There was a bargain to be had. It”s a shame nowadays we don”t get them shops anymore in Stockton with it”s friendly smile and service.
