My Nan, Evelyn Robson nee Dickson, lived here at no 9 from 1924-1950, have several pics from the 20s-30s of the street from my nans old snap shot album. Feel I know this street well, as it was pre war, as my Nan spoke of it so often and would recall neighbours, layout of the house etc. Seems to have been a very well kept respectable area. Holy Trinity Vicarage and gardens/tennis court were opposite and she recalled she could watch the Vicars son playing tennis from her house.
