I remember Cochrane’s dance hall very well, Sunday night, Tuesday night,and a Thursday night. Good old days, I was never away from the place. It was half a crown to get in, I never paid, never had any money. Dave Cochrane always let me in for nothing, he knew my mam was a single parent – it was very good of him to do that.
