Yes, Mr Wadsworth was a lovely teacher and had a long career at the school. I was in his class and was very sad when we were all given the news that he had died after a heart attack. I believe it was 1965.
Mr Wadsworth certainly had a long career teaching at Newtown School, he can be seen on a photo(ref:-t10620) in 1930.
Alan has remembered all the names except Janet”s surname – I”m pretty sure she is Janet Ayres.

Yes the male teacher is Mr Wadsworth, an excellent teacher. Know most of the dancers if anybody interested.
I left Newtown Junior School in 1955 but I think the male teacher is Mr Wadsworth.
