It’s been more than three and a half years since I posted these pictures, but not had any comments at all about them. As we probably have many more ‘new viewers’ on this site now, I wonder if any one else can identify any of these gentlemen please?28/02/2012 22:39:06
These two pictures of the Wild Ox football team were taken in 1913-14 and 1920. Is it possible that any of our older friends could possibly identify some members of the team – perhaps your father/grandfather/uncle maybe? In particular, in the first picture (1913-14) the gentleman in the suit seated on the right appears in several old family photos, but I do not know his name – possibilities could be Williamson, Garvey, Skipper or Bain of some of these gentlemen. Many thanks in advance for any help with identities.
