Can’t positively identify the number but it is an example of a Gresley V2, along with the Southern Q1’s some of the most successful mixed traffic locos ever built.
Gresley V2 2-6-2 60915 entering Stockton goods yard from the Thornaby direction with a Class F goods train. This engine was shedded at Thornaby from 9/59 until 1/7/62 and was withdrawn for scrapping 12/62.
