The identity card belonged to my brother Robert. I remember all the families of the Scouts going to Norway going to Stockton Station to say goodbye to them. The parents of those from "8th" Stockton Troop (attached to the Parish Church) held jumble sales and Saturday afternoon teas at the Scout Headquarters in Finkle Street to help with the cost of the trip.
