I guess it’s a coincidence that Brad’s Bar was down Little Brown St., shown to the left of Bradleys shop.
Lesley Browns Toy shop was the best thing in Stockton when I was a child. I loved going up the small staircase to the top level. I thought it was quite a big shop then as a child, but on returning to Stockton, from Australia for a visit in 1988, was actually shocked at its actual size.
