This photograph shows boys playing and exercising in the yard at Oxbridge Lane School. Are they playing stool Ball?
I went to Oxbridge Lane school between 1965-1969, does anyone have any pictures of this period?
Whilst I’ve no idea of the game, things certainly have changed.
I’m looking at the end of that building and thinking “there should be a door there!” Must have been part of an extension that got added later.
(The section of building in question was the classroom for my class on a couple of occasions.)
