The boat to the top left hand corner of the Tees, looks like the Bonaventure. The Bonaventure was a boat converted into a floating nightclub and looking closely, you can see the entry /exit ramp at the right end of the boat and I first when there, a couple of times, around 1977/78, although, this photo looks like it’s around the mid 1980’s, maybe later.

We took our daughter to the Bonaventure for a meal on her 11th birthday, and that was in March 1977. You are right about the ramp.
