This a photograph of the girls sports team from Harrowgate Junior School in 1970. Unfortunately Carol sadly passed away in July this year in Spain where she and Iain had made their home. Carol is in the centre of the front row. The photograph was sent to me by Carol Speight’s husband Iain Renfrew.

Second row on left. Just in front of Mr Graham! Who used to live a few doors down from me in the late 1980’s. That’s me Caroline Aldcoin, I remember a few faces. Happy times.
Also pictured are teacher Derek Graham and headmaster James Allen. Second left b/r Angela Cass, 3rd Christine May, 4th Virginia Bruce and 5th is either Carol or Janet mee, f/r 3rd left is Gillian Blakemore.
I believe Carol and Janet Mee are related to regular contributor Frank P Mee who may be able to tell which sister it is.
The Mee girl is tall in this photo and Margeret finished up taller than Janet and Sam.
