My friend’s mother worked at Spark’s bakery, and lived not to far away from there. I walked past it every time I went to her house.
Good memories worked there till it closed
I was a van boy there in the sixties, I had many happy times there and made some good friends.
Loved Sparks cake shops and their Charlotte Rousse.
Their Snowballs were the best and my wife (Manchester girl) loved them
