Is this Ma Scollett, the lady who ran the Waverley Café on Stockton High Street? Does anyone know where the photograph was taken?

Looking at the reflection in the window the building seems to be the Yorkshire penny bank. I would think the photo was taken on the High Street at the access to the Waverly Cafe.
That looks like the side of Waverly café on the corner of Norton Road which would look onto Crake and Mallon’s undertakers now.
No it is opposite Finkle Street on the High Street
