Jack Esther started this business late 70’s not sure if he still had it when picture taken – I was one of his first customers and ordered gateaux & cakes for Stockton Casino Club where I was manager at the time. Jack also worked for Baily’s we went back some time – he managed Marimba – and then Tito’s I managed the Contessa Casino.
This building was owned by my family, it was Hardy’s plastic works, after it was moved from Bishops Street.
